Dashboard Overview

The main dashboard shows:

Total LinksThe complete count of all active and published links currently managed in your system
Total EventsOverall click activity including all interactions and engagements across your links
Unique ClicksIndividual visitor clicks counted separately to show actual visitor count excluding duplicates
Average ReachAudience engagement metric calculated as total clicks divided by number of active links
Clicks Over TimeVisual performance chart showing traffic trends with total versus unique click comparison
Link Health StatusSummary of broken URLs, 404 errors, and overall link health across your entire link inventory
Top Performing PostsBest performing content ranked by total link engagements and click-through rates
Top AffiliatesHighest-performing affiliate partners sorted by conversion rates and click volumes
Top Pretty LinksYour most successful links ranked by total click count to identify best performers
  1. Go to Link Manager Pro → Pretty Links
  2. Click on a link row
  3. View detailed statistics:
    • Total clicks
    • Unique clicks
    • Qualified Clicks
    • Conversion Rate
    • Clicks over time
    • Device
    • Operating System
    • Shareable Link
    • Recent Activity

Tracking Settings

Configure at Link Manager Pro → Settings → Tracking:

Understanding Your Data

Click Patterns

  • Spikes in clicks: May indicate viral content, bot traffic, or successful campaign
  • Consistent clicks: steady engagement from regular content
  • Declining clicks: Content may be outdated or less relevant

Geographic Data

See which countries/regions your visitors are from. Useful for:

  • Targeting content to specific regions
  • Understanding audience demographics
  • Planning localized campaigns

Device Types

Understand how visitors access your links:

  • Mobile: Optimize for mobile experience
  • Desktop: Traditional web browsing
  • Tablet: Touch-optimized interfaces

Referring Sources

Know where your traffic comes from:
